The Opportunity

The organisation prides themselves on maintaining single-select repeat business to ensure high-quality deliveries. As Project Manager, you will gain experience across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial and retail with projects valued from $1M - $30M.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the management of all stages of the building process, whilst playing a key role in managing key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Managing the full project lifecycle from concept through to completion
• Actively building strong relationships with key stakeholders and managing ongoing communication, inclusive of regular reporting and meetings
• Co-ordinating with internal and external consultant teams and stakeholders
• Maintaining efficient and thorough documentation for effective contract administration and other project management support services

You will have experience and confidence in managing the delivery of projects from $5M, as well as 2+ years in a Project Manager role. You will possess strong leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills. Your ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients and stakeholders will see you succeed in this role.
