Job summary

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a well-established commercial builder delivering major projects across South Australia. The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager and Site Manager, keeping documentation, schedules and budgets organised to help deliver projects valued at $20M+.

You will work with a collaborative team on commercial, education and health sectors, gaining exposure to programming, procurement and reporting while developing your project management capability with

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in a Project Coordinator or similar construction role.
• Experience on commercial construction projects, ideally $20M+.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating project documentation, correspondence and reporting.
• Supporting procurement, subcontractor engagement and project administration.
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Assisting with project programming, milestones and delivery requirements.
• Tracking project costs, budgets, variations and progress claims.
• Assisting with project reporting, forecasting and financial administration.
• Coordinating project meetings, actions and follow-ups.
• Maintaining project registers and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Supporting the Project Manager and Site Manager with day-to-day project requirements.
• Building strong relationships with project stakeholders and contributing to a collaborative project environment.
