The Opportunity

ROUSSOS is partnering with an emerging South Australian commercial builder specialising in high-end commercial, multi-storey residential, industrial and mixed-use developments. Built on strong relationships, collaboration, and quality delivery, they continue to establish themselves in the Adelaide construction market.

With a growing pipeline of work and ambitious long-term plans, the business is now seeking an Construction Manager to join the leadership team. This is an opportunity to step into a highly influential role where you will work closely with the Directors to support operational growth, strengthen project delivery systems, and help shape the future direction of the business.

The Role

Working closely with the Directors and project teams, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing operational performance across multiple commercial construction projects
• Supporting and mentoring Project Managers, Site Managers and delivery teams
• Driving programme, budget and quality outcomes across active projects
• Assisting in business planning, forecasting and operational strategy
• Implementing and improving systems, processes and delivery structures
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Supporting business growth and helping strengthen the company’s presence in the Adelaide market
