Kinetic IT is seeking a Project Coordinator on a fixed-term contract until 30 September 2027 to support one of our government accounts.
You will assist Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, help keep schedules on track, coordinate tasks, and facilitate clear communication with stakeholders.
The role requires strong organisational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and experience in a vendor environment with MS Office 365 (Excel) and project tools.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator on a fixed-term contract until 30 September 2027, supporting one of our Government account.
The Project Management Team has an exciting new project coming up. While there will be a number of different projects you will assist with, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for keeping projects on track, ensuring tasks are completed within required timeframes, assisting with scheduling, and facilitating effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment. You will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have a strong ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator who has a proven track record of working within a vendor environment, along with experience using Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel. Experience with PPPM Dynamics is desirable, as is experience with Microsoft Project.
