Job summary

Green Light is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support the delivery of key projects and programs in Australia. The role requires PMO experience, project coordination, reporting and risk management in complex environments with baseline clearance.

This 6–12 months contract role is hybrid and Anywhere in Australia. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, maintain RAID, produce governance packs and help drive continuous improvement in project controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO/Project Support roles.
• Proven ability to manage risks and issues and maintain RAID registers.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with project reporting, dashboards and governance packs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of project and program activities with milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, status updates, and governance packs for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Manage project documentation, action logs, RAID registers, and project schedules.
• Monitor and track risks and issues, ensuring mitigation actions and escalation pathways are followed.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance forums; capture actions and decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams to gather critical information and support informed decisions.
• Support project managers and program leaders in planning, coordination, and delivery activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and PM processes and controls.

Green Light is looking for a motivated and positive Project Coordinator to join our team and support the successful delivery of key projects and programs. This role is ideal for someone with experience in PMO, project coordination, reporting, and risk & issue management, who thrives in complex and evolving environments and enjoys building strong relationships with stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and support the delivery of project and program activities, ensuring milestones and key deliverables are tracked and achieved.
• Prepare and maintain project reporting, dashboards, status updates, and governance packs for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Manage project documentation, action logs, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) registers, and project schedules.
• Monitor and track risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation actions and escalation pathways are followed.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance forums, capturing actions and decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams to gather critical information and support informed decision-making.
• Support project managers and program leaders in planning, coordination, and delivery activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the enhancement of project management processes and controls.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Project Support Officer, or similar role.
• Strong experience in project reporting, governance, and administration.
• Experience managing and maintaining risk and issue registers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience working within large-scale programs, transformation initiatives, or complex project environments is highly regarded.
