Job description

SUEZ Australia and New Zealand – Rhodes NSW

SUEZ is a global leader in environmental services. We deliver sustainable water and waste solutions that support communities, industries and the circular economy. Behind every treatment plant, desalination facility and reuse scheme we run is a bid that won it. As part of our ANZ growth strategy, we're expanding our Growth & Innovation team and looking for a proactive Bid & Project Coordinator to help us win the work that keeps communities running.

About the Role

You'll report to the Growth & Innovation Lead and be in the middle of our biggest pursuits. You'll coordinate bids from first look to final submission. You'll turn technical expertise into persuasive proposals and keep complex submissions on schedule and compliant. You'll also manage CRM data and pipeline activity, so leaders know where to compete. You'll work closely with market leaders, technical experts and business stakeholders across water infrastructure, treatment, digital and operational solutions. Your work will directly drive successful pursuits and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate EOIs, tenders, RFPs and proposal submissions from kick-off to lodgement.
  • Build and manage bid schedules, keeping contributors on track and deadlines met.
  • Own compliance requirements and bid governance, so every submission is ready for review.
  • Prepare and format proposals, presentations, CVs and case studies that stand out from competitors.
  • Maintain and grow our bid library, marketing collateral and project experience database.
  • Support client presentations, capability statements and business development activities.
  • Administer Salesforce (or similar CRM), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Drive continuous improvement across bid management, CRM and reporting processes.
About You

You're the person who keeps a submission on track when ten contributors and a deadline collide. You'll bring:

  • 3–5 years' experience in bid coordination, business development support, sales operations, marketing or similar.
  • Proven bid and proposal development skills, with excellent written communication.
  • Strong CRM, pipeline management and reporting experience, ideally with Salesforce.
  • Strong organisation, with confident stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Experience in infrastructure, utilities, engineering, environmental services or construction is highly regarded.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is highly advantageous.
  • Graphic design skills for proposals and presentations are an advantage.
Why Join SUEZ?

Join a global organisation committed to sustainability and innovation, where the bids you shape deliver essential services to communities. You'll enjoy a collaborative culture, flexible working arrangements, and professional development opportunities. You'll also play a key role in SUEZ's future growth across ANZ, with your contribution visible in every win.
