Job summary

SUEZ is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance across the Perth Desalination Expansion Stage 1A project. You will lead QA/QC activities, ensure compliance with Australian Standards, and collaborate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver quality outcomes on a major infrastructure initiative.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will drive inspections, ITPs, audits, and continuous improvement, ensuring project specifications and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in quality assurance and quality control roles within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing QA/QC activities across multidisciplinary construction environments.
• Strong understanding of ITPs, NCR processes, audits, and quality documentation.
• Experience working with Australian Standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Quality management certifications (ASQ or equivalent).

About the Role

SUEZ has secured the Perth Desalination Expansion Stage 1A project and is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join the project team in Perth, WA.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead all QA/QC activities across the project, ensuring construction works meet project specifications, Australian Standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. Working closely with engineering teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives, you will drive quality outcomes and support the successful delivery of this major infrastructure project.
