Job summary

SUEZ, a global leader in environmental services, seeks a proactive Bid & Project Coordinator in Sydney to drive win-ready submissions. You will coordinate EOIs, tenders and proposals from kickoff to lodgement, turning technical input into persuasive content while keeping complex submissions on schedule.

You'll work with market leaders across water and infrastructure, manage CRM data and bid governance, and support business development with compelling capability statements and targeted

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in bid coordination or related roles
• Proven bid and proposal development skills with strong written communication
• Strong CRM, pipeline management and reporting experience, ideally Salesforce
• Excellent organization with stakeholder engagement and coordination
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is advantageous
• Graphic design skills for proposals and presentations are a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EOIs, tenders, RFPs and proposal submissions from kick-off to lodgement
• Build and manage bid schedules, keeping contributors on track and deadlines met
• Own compliance requirements and bid governance for submissions
• Prepare and format proposals, presentations, CVs and case studies that stand out
• Maintain and grow our bid library, marketing collateral and project experience database
• Support client presentations, capability statements and business development activities
• Administer Salesforce (or similar CRM), ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Drive continuous improvement across bid management, CRM and reporting processes
