Job summary

SUEZ, a global environmental services leader, seeks a proactive Construction Manager for the Perth Seawater Desalination Plant to lead major works from mobilisation to handover. • Lead visibly on HSE and quality, including ITPs, hold points and critical risk controls.
• Take works through defects, commissioning and operational handover.
• Report on progress and KPIs to project leadership.

The role

The Perth Seawater Desalination Plant (PSDP) is critical to Perth's water security. We need a multi-discipline, commercially savvy Construction Manager to lead major works there, from mobilisation through to handover.

Reporting to the Project Director, you'll lead construction delivery across civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation scopes on a live operating plant. You'll be responsible for safety, quality, cost and schedule, and you'll be the key link between project leadership, engineering, operations, contractors and field teams.

You will:

• Develop and deliver construction strategies, methodologies and programs
