Job summary

ACCIONA Agua is seeking a Bid Coordinator to lead tender and prequalification submissions for water infrastructure projects across Australia.You will coordinate schedules, gather inputs from engineering, operations and commercial teams, and ensure accuracy and compliance before client submission. You will also help optimize bid processes and capture lessons learned to improve future submissions.

This role reports to the Senior Bid Manager and is based on the East Coast offices in Brisbane,

Qualifications

• Full working rights in Australia.
• Experience in bid coordination, tender or project administration.
• Skilled at managing complex tender documents and version control.
• Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and tender portals.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenders, expressions of interest and prequalification submissions to client requirements.
• Prepare and review tender documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Build and track bid schedules, milestones and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate technical, commercial and administrative inputs from internal teams.
• Compile, check and lodge final submissions through client portals.
• Run bid meetings, record minutes and follow up outstanding actions.
• Support post-tender clarifications and capture lessons for future bids.

Our Australian water work includes the Adelaide Desalination Plant, the Mundaring Drinking Water Treatment Plant in Western Australia, the Eyre Peninsula Desalination Plant in South Australia and the Wyaralong Water Treatment Plant in Southeast Queensland.

About the Opportunity

As Bid Coordinator, you will coordinate the tenders, expressions of interest and prequalification submissions that grow ACCIONA Agua's water infrastructure work across Australia, reporting to the Senior Bid Manager. You will build and track bid schedules, bring together technical, commercial and administrative inputs from engineering, operations and commercial teams, and check each submission for accuracy and compliance before it goes to the client. You will also help improve bid processes and capture lessons learned, so every tender is stronger than the last.

Corporate office - Brisbane / Sydney / Melbourne (East Coast of Australia)
