Job summary

Cadence Design Systems is seeking a program coordinator to support software and engineering delivery. You will coordinate day-to-day project activity, maintain plans and status updates, and help allocate resources across multiple streams.

The role requires a degree in a technical field and 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, agile practices, and scripting. You will work with GitHub, Jira, and automation tools to improve reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activity with project leads and track actions.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and status updates in approved tools.
• Monitor resource allocation, staffing plans, and forecast demand.
• Identify conflicts and capacity risks early and surface them.
• Track sprint progress, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Prepare status reports on progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Escalate risks with context and proposed actions.
• Align pipeline demand with team capacity and resourcing.
