Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to provide top-tier coordination and administrative support to a Program Director within a large-scale IT delivery environment. You’ll coordinate activities, support governance, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and assist with procurement and admin processes to keep programs organized and well-governed.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in IT project administration, strong communication, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years' industry experience in administrative or coordination support within an IT Projects/Delivery environment.
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders, including involvement in procurement activities
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across different IT disciplines
• An understanding of project management methodologies, tools and governance
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities to support the Program Director and delivery team.
• Support governance and reporting processes to keep programs on track.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across multiple IT disciplines.
• Assist with procurement and other administrative processes as required
