Job summary

Charterhouse + ACU is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Workday ERP Transformation Program. You will independently coordinate defined project streams, manage risks and dependencies, and provide governance-driven project advice across a matrix team involving business, technology and vendors.

Key responsibilities include delivering integrated schedules, leading cross-functional workshops, monitoring performance metrics and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in program or project management, planning and delivery of defined activities.
• Experience in complex programs, transformation, or technology implementation, preferably ERP/HRIS/Workday.
• Ability to identify, analyse and manage risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
• Strong planning, organisational and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience with governance processes, meeting papers and project records.
• Experience preparing high-quality project reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate defined project streams and work packages across the ERP program.
• Plan delivery, analyse performance, manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders and provide authoritative project advice.
• Lead governance and ensure delivery within scope, time and budget.
• Develop schedules, run cross-functional workshops, identify dependencies.
• Monitor performance metrics and advise leadership on improvements.
• Facilitate meetings and capture decisions, acting as delegate for the Program Director.
• Manage financial, resource and procurement activities for the program.
