Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to provide high-quality coordination and administrative support to a Program Director within a large-scale IT delivery environment. You will help coordinate program activities, support governance and reporting, and facilitate stakeholder engagement across multiple IT disciplines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' industry experience in administrative or coordination support within an IT Projects/Delivery environment.
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders, including involvement in procurement activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across different IT disciplines.
• An understanding of project management methodologies, tools and governance.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Support governance and reporting, including status updates and risk registers.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across multiple IT disciplines and teams.
