Job summary

Lutheran Services in Brisbane is seeking a Program Manager – Domestic and Family Violence to lead trauma-informed programs for women and children. You will drive delivery, quality, and compliance while supporting a skilled multidisciplinary team and coordinating services with external partners.

You will oversee planning, monitoring and continuous improvement, ensuring outcomes meet participant needs and regulatory requirements in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Community Services or related discipline.
• Experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams in crisis service environments.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure settings.
• Knowledge of Queensland domestic and family violence legislation and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, delivery and continuous improvement of programs to ensure they are well-coordinated and compliant.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple service areas.
• Monitor budgets, resources and program outcomes.
• Work with Team Leaders and frontline teams to support effective service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation across programs.
• Build relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders and community partners.
• Support reporting, planning and strategic program development.
