Lutheran Services Brisbane seeks an experienced Program Manager for Domestic and Family Violence to lead trauma-informed programs, ensuring safe and effective service delivery for women and children. You will guide a dedicated team, oversee complex cases, and coordinate with frontline staff to deliver strong outcomes.

You will manage planning, reporting and continuous improvement, while maintaining compliance and strong relationships with internal teams and community partners across the Brisbane

Formación

• Leadership experience mentoring multidisciplinary teams in crisis settings.
• Ability to manage complex, high-risk client matters and guide staff.
• Understanding of Queensland domestic and family violence legislation and safeguarding.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee planning, delivery and improvement of programs to achieve strong outcomes.
• Ensure programs are well-coordinated, compliant and quality-driven.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple service areas.
• Monitor budgets, resources and program outcomes.
• Support reporting, planning and strategic program development.
• Build relationships with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across programs.
