Job summary

Qualifications

  • Diploma level qualification required.
  • Experience with women experiencing domestic violence preferred.
  • Crisis intervention and trauma-informed case management skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct trauma-informed assessments to determine eligibility, risk level and support needs.
  • Allocate clients to DFV Case Managers based on risk, complexity and service pathways.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to Case Managers for high-quality practice and coordination.
  • Provide outreach, advocacy and case managed support to women experiencing DFV.
  • Conduct safety planning and risk assessments within DFV context.
  • Network and collaborate with other agencies for integrated responses to DFV.
  • Provide tenancy and housing support to promote safe, sustainable housing options.
  • Maintain confidential records including ethical case notes.
