Job summary

Transport for NSW invites experienced program, project or infrastructure professionals to join the Western NSW region, shaping integration across planning, asset management and delivery, with a focus on the West region.

In this permanent role, you will design and implement the Integration Manager role, prioritise and sequence opportunities into a coordinated pipeline, and collaborate across bridges, pavements, corridors and traffic to deliver value for customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Experienced program, project or infrastructure professional with capability in developing forward programs of work.
• Ability to prioritise opportunities and integrate inputs into a coordinated pipeline.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Capable people leader with the ability to guide a team through change.

Responsibilities

• Form part of the Program Integration and Pipeline team and help design and implement the new Integration Manager role and associated processes. You'll collaborate across planning, asset management and delivery to improve how projects are prioritised, coordinated and prepared for delivery with a focus on the West region.
• Help manage how project opportunities enter Roads Maintenance & Resilience (RMR's) planning pipeline, including work arising from broader programs and initiatives such as Planning Integration & Passenger (PIP) Regional Integration and Sydney Integration, Renewable Energy Zones and other sources, ensuring they are assessed, prioritised, sequenced and aligned with infrastructure maintenance programs.
• Work closely with planning, asset management and delivery teams, including bridge, pavement, corridor and traffic specialists, to improve coordination across teams, maximise value for money, and support better outcomes for customers and communities.
