Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Program Director to lead a major transformation program in Sydney. You will coordinate planning, prioritisation and dependencies across Delivery Units and Release Trains, ensuring clarity, risk visibility and timely trade-offs.

You’ll collaborate with product, technology, data, risk and assurance to drive evidence-based decisions and confident delivery. This role requires strong delivery leadership, deep Agile experience, and the ability to align diverse teams around a

Qualifications

Strong project management capability with knowledge of product ownership and Agile and Scrum practices.
Strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to make value focused decisions and manage competing priorities.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and influencing skills across business, technology and risk teams.
Strategic and critical thinking, with the ability to navigate complexity and bring people together around clear outcomes.

Responsibilities
