This high-profile role requires end-to-end accountability for program delivery, governance, and alignment of technology with business objectives across multiple workstreams. You will work with senior executives and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, manage scope, schedule, budget and benefits

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise technology transformation programs within the Financial services industry (essential).
• Strong background in program governance, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Ability to operate across both business and technology stakeholders (architecture, delivery, ops, vendors).
• Proven capability managing dependencies and delivery across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP / PRINCE2 / MSP / SAFe) highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across large technical transformation initiatives.
• Establish and manage program governance, RAID, reporting, and delivery cadence.
• Manage senior stakeholder engagement (C-suite / GM / Portfolio level).
• Coordinate delivery across multiple projects/workstreams (internal teams + partners).
• Drive scope, schedule, budget, and benefits realisation.
• Oversee program-level risk, dependency and change management.
• Support/shape program plans, delivery approach, and prioritisation aligned to strategy.
