Westpac in Sydney is seeking a Scrum Master to support cross‑functional teams on Financial Crime transformation. You will drive Agile delivery, facilitate planning, stand‑ups and retrospectives, and remove blockers to guide teams toward self‑management.

You will partner with Release Train Leads, Product Owners and tech teams, using Jira/Confluence for visibility and metrics. This is a permanent full‑time, hybrid Sydney role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery in large organisations.
• Experience leading Scrum ceremonies and removing blockers.
• Ability to use metrics to improve flow and predictability.

Responsabilités

• Drive sprint delivery and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Remove blockers and coach squads to self-management.
• Manage dependencies and planning readiness across teams.
• Provide visibility of delivery using Jira/Confluence.
