Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise technology transformation programs within the Financial services industry (essential).
• Strong background in program governance, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Ability to operate across both business and technology stakeholders (architecture, delivery, ops, vendors).
• Proven capability managing dependencies and delivery across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP / PRINCE2 / MSP / SAFe) highly regarded.

We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead a large-scale technology transformation within the financial services sector. You will take end-to-end accountability for program delivery, establishing clear governance, driving execution across multiple workstreams and ensuring business and technology outcomes are achieved.
