Paxus seeks an accomplished Program Manager to lead a large-scale technology transformation within financial services. You will own end-to-end program delivery, establishing governance, driving execution across multiple workstreams, and ensuring business and technology outcomes are achieved.

This role partners with senior executives and technology leaders to shape the transformation agenda and deliver measurable value.

Qualificações

• Enterprise technology transformation programs in Financial Services (essential).
• Program governance, steering committees, and executive reporting.

We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead a large-scale technology transformation within the financial services sector. This is a high-profile opportunity to drive complex, enterprise-wide change, bringing together technology, business and operational teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will take end-to-end accountability for program delivery, establishing clear governance, driving execution across multiple workstreams and ensuring business and technology outcomes are achieved. Working closely with senior executives, technology leaders and business stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the transformation agenda and delivering sustainable change.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded, delivery-focused leader with a background in Financial Services, and who thrives in complex environments and can translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across large technical transformation initiatives
• Establish and manage program governance, RAID, reporting, and delivery cadence
• Drive scope, schedule, budget, and benefits realisation
