Job summary

Sunshine Coast Health, part of Queensland Health, is recruiting a Program Delivery Manager to lead the Capital Assets and Infrastructure team responsible for upgrades and new initiatives across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, deliver complex programs, ensure outcomes align with the applicable framework, and drive HR, performance, reporting, coaching and mentoring across projects. Applications will remain current for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project management resources in delivery key projects including all facets of HR, performance, reporting, coaching and mentoring.
• Oversee the successful delivery of complex and high-risk projects to ensure project outcomes are achieved and enterprise solutions are delivered that are responsive to customer needs.
• Provide high level leadership, expertise and services for the successful delivery of one or more medium and/or large-scale complex programs, while ensuring they are designed in line with the relevant Framework.
• Ensure project outcomes are achieved and project management capability is maintained within the Division by leading, managing and directing multi-disciplinary project team/s.

We're excited to welcome a Program Delivery Manager to our Capital Assets and Infrastructure team.

The Capital Assets and Infrastructure portfolio has a Program Delivery team responsible for delivering Capital Asset and Infrastructure initiatives for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. These initiatives include upgrades, enhancements and expansion to existing Sunshine Coast facilities, together with new strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

Remuneration value up to $193 277 p.a., comprising salary between $160 092 - $169 398 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO8).
