Job summary

The Queensland Government is seeking a Program Delivery Manager to lead a team within the Capital Assets and Infrastructure portfolio on Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service projects, delivering upgrades, expansions and strategic initiatives.

You will oversee complex programs, provide high level leadership, ensure outcomes align with the Framework and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, with remuneration up to $193,277 per annum.

We're excited to welcome a Program Delivery Manager to our Capital Assets and Infrastructure team.The Capital Assets and Infrastructure portfolio has a Program Delivery team responsible for delivering Capital Asset and Infrastructure initiatives for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. These initiatives include upgrades, enhancements and expansion to existing Sunshine Coast facilities, together with new strategic initiatives.Sunshine Coast Health is a values-based organisation. We respect, protect and promote human rights in our decision-making and actions.Key Responsibilities include:Lead a team of project management resources in delivery key projects including all facets of HR, performance, reporting, coaching and mentoring.Oversee the successful delivery of complex and high-risk projects to ensure project outcomes are achieved and enterprise solutions are delivered that are responsive to customer needs.Provide high level leadership, expertise and services for the successful delivery of one or more medium and/or large-scale complex programs, while ensuring they are designed in line with the relevant Framework.Ensure project outcomes are achieved and project management capability is maintained within the Division by leading, managing and directing multi-disciplinary project team/s.Remuneration value up to $193 277 p.a., comprising salary between $160 092 - $169 398 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO8). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
