Job summary

Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service in southeast Queensland is seeking an Executive Director Infrastructure to provide strategic leadership in the development and delivery of facilities and property management across the service.

This role oversees budget management, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with legislative and probity obligations, supporting the organisation's values and strategic plan while delivering safe, sustainable health infrastructure.

We're excited to welcome an Executive Director Infrastructure to our Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service team.

This role is required to deliver effective strategic leadership in the development and delivery of facilities and property management across Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service in accordance with the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service strategic plan objectives and organisational values.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensure effective management and monitoring of the business area's budget in accordance with statutory responsibilities, government priorities and departmental policies and procedures including building maintenance and engineering services and planning for all Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service assets under your portfolio.
• Responsible for effective and professional relationship management and engagement with key internal and external stakeholders, and accountable for development of similar professional relationships with stakeholders by members of the portfolio.
• Accountable for group compliance with relevant legislative, regulatory, and other obligations, including adherence to good procurement and probity practice/s.

Remuneration value up to $214 878 p.a., comprising salary between $174 339 - $188 056 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HSO).
