Job summary

Sunshine Coast Health, part of Queensland Health, is recruiting a Program Delivery Manager to lead the Capital Assets and Infrastructure team responsible for upgrades and new initiatives across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, deliver complex programs, ensure outcomes align with the applicable framework, and drive HR, performance, reporting, coaching and mentoring across projects. Applications will remain current for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project management resources in delivery key projects including all facets of HR, performance, reporting, coaching and mentoring.
• Oversee the successful delivery of complex and high-risk projects to ensure project outcomes are achieved and enterprise solutions are delivered that are responsive to customer needs.
• Provide high level leadership, expertise and services for the successful delivery of one or more medium and/or large-scale complex programs, while ensuring they are designed in line with the relevant Framework.
• Ensure project outcomes are achieved and project management capability is maintained within the Division by leading, managing and directing multi-disciplinary project team/s.
