Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking two Program Delivery Managers to lead the delivery of digital programs within a large health service, partnering with key stakeholders to implement Sustainable improvements for patients and clinicians.

You will provide expert advice, develop complex business cases, and lead change management and delivery of digital initiatives while liaising with internal and external partners across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering complex digital programs and projects.
• Experience in large, complex organisations, healthcare preferred.
• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed.
• Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees.

• Develop complex program and project business cases, project plans, progress reports and closure reports.
• Lead in the delivery of change management, project management and project delivery services for digital initiatives.

Provide leadership of the digital program and project delivery services, partnering and collaborating to implement sustainable improvements to solve the challenges faced by the Health Service and our consumers.

The Role

An opportunity has become available for two Program Delivery Managers to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14 000-strong team is on providing world‑class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

• Provide expert and timely advice on programs and projects, including strategies to ensure the successful design and delivery of initiatives
• Develop complex program and project business cases, project plans, progress reports and closure reports to ensure all stakeholders are fully briefed
• Lead in the delivery of change management, project management and project delivery services for digital initiatives
• Liaise and negotiate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders in the design and delivery of digital initiatives

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

• While note mandatory, qualifications or formal training in portfolio, program, change and/or project management is highly desirable
• While note mandatory, experience in managing programs or projects in large, complex organisations preferably in the healthcare sector is highly desirable
• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
• Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

• Base salary ranging from $156,186 - $165,265 per annum
