Job summary

The Queensland Government is seeking a Program Delivery Manager to lead a team within the Capital Assets and Infrastructure portfolio on Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service projects, delivering upgrades, expansions and strategic initiatives.

You will oversee complex programs, provide high level leadership, ensure outcomes align with the Framework and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, with remuneration up to $193,277 per annum.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Experience delivering complex programs in Capital Assets and Infrastructure.
• Strong HR, performance, reporting and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project management resources delivering capital asset and infrastructure initiatives.
• Oversee delivery of complex, high-risk projects and ensure alignment with enterprise framework.
• Provide leadership and services for one or more large-scale programs and maintain capability within the division.
