• Proven experience as Program/Project Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Proficient with project management tools, schedules and budgets.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across all organisational levels.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Self-starter with teamwork and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating program activities, meetings and governance forums.
• Supporting project managers with scheduling, documentation, risk/issue management and administration.
• Managing program inboxes, information flow and stakeholder enquiries.
• Maintaining templates, registers and shared workspaces.
• Conducting quality checks to align with SPMO frameworks.
• Preparing consolidated reports, dashboards and governance updates.
• Maintaining data across systems, registers and schedules.
• Supporting budget tracking, schedule maintenance and milestone monitoring.
• Assisting with communication materials, presentations and workshop coordination.
• Contributing to enterprise reporting, dependency tracking and visibility of delivery risks.
• Identifying emerging risks and supporting continuous improvement.
