Job summary

The Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is seeking an experienced Course & Program Coordinator – Training to join our Member Services team in Melbourne. This role coordinates the administration, delivery and improvement of a broad range of training programs, including accredited and funded initiatives, corporate learning solutions and digital learning programs.

  • Coordinate scheduling and delivery of training courses and funded initiatives.
  • Support program administration, reporting, participant engagement and communications.
  • Prepare government reports and program documentation.
  • Manage training resources and content governance processes.
  • Collaborate with facilitators to review and improve learning content.
  • Support onboarding of facilitators and contractor management.
  • Build relationships with members, clients and government stakeholders.
  • Monitor participant feedback and training outcomes for improvement.
  • Support key accounts, partnerships and funded program delivery.
  • Contribute to operational excellence and innovative learning solutions.
  • Provide leadership to training administration and support functions as needed.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Course & Program Coordinator – Training to join our Member Services team.

This is a diverse and hands-on role responsible for coordinating the administration, delivery and continuous improvement of a broad range of training programs, including accredited and non-accredited courses, government-funded initiatives, corporate learning solutions and digital learning programs.

Working closely with facilitators, clients, government stakeholders and internal teams, you will play a key role in ensuring our training programs are delivered efficiently, achieve strong participant outcomes and continue to meet the evolving needs of business and industry.

In This Role, You Will
  • Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of training courses, programs and funded initiatives
  • Support program administration, reporting, participant engagement and stakeholder communications
  • Prepare government reports, performance updates and program documentation
  • Manage training resources, learning materials and content governance processes
  • Work with subject matter experts and facilitators to review, develop and improve learning content
  • Support facilitator onboarding, contractor management and quality assurance activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, clients, industry partners and government stakeholders
  • Monitor participant feedback, training outcomes and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Support key accounts, partnerships, training contracts and funded program delivery
  • Contribute to operational excellence, process improvement and innovative learning solutions
  • Provide leadership and guidance to training administration and support functions, as required
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating training programs, learning projects, RTO activities or government-funded initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across industry, government and business sectors
  • Experience preparing reports, submissions and program performance documentation
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training delivery environments
  • Experience managing learning resources, content reviews, quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset
  • Experience using CRM systems, Learning Management Systems and student administration platforms
  • A collaborative approach and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
