Job summary

Regis Resources is seeking an experienced Process Shift Supervisor for our Duketon operation in Western Australia. You will lead processing crews, champion safe work practices, and drive cost-effective decisions to achieve production targets on an 8:6 / 7:7 roster with day and night shifts.

You will oversee ore crushing and treatment plant operations, mentor technicians, and work with maintenance to minimise downtime, while maintaining a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Process Supervisor with proven leadership.
• Gold processing experience with Jaw/ Cone Crushers, SAG and CIL operations.
• Lead, mentor and develop processing crews to meet targets.
• Strong focus on safety culture and investigations.
• Monitor plant performance and adjust parameters for throughput/recoveries.
• Competent in reporting and shift handover documentation.

• Meet safety KPIs and department targets.
• Report operational plant status during shift handovers.
