Job summary

Regis Resources is seeking a Process Shift Supervisor for the Duketon operation in Western Australia. You will lead processing crews, champion safe work practices, and drive cost-efficient decisions to achieve production targets.

This site-based role operates on an 8:6 / 7:7 FIFO roster (day and night shifts). You will mentor technicians, monitor plant performance, and partner with maintenance to optimise throughput and recoveries while sustaining a Zero Harm culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Process Supervisor with demonstrated leadership and a current Statutory Supervisor Section 26 certificate.
• Gold processing experience including jaw/cone crushers, SAG and CIL operations.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop processing crews to meet targets and safety KPIs.
• Strong safety culture with capability to investigate incidents and enforce standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote, inspire and instil a positive safety culture as a visible safety leader.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards across all operational areas.
• Achieve personal and department safety KPIs as directed.
• Identify and report plant status during shift handovers and meetings.
• Stay cost conscious and contribute to department cost targets.
• Lead and influence Process Technicians to meet safety and production goals.
• Provide coaching to build a high-performance team.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure training is current and mandatory requirements are completed.
• Oversee safe operation of ore crushing and treatment plant; manage tailings disposal.
• Monitor reagent Receipts and storage; ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across plant/processes.
• Provide technical support to resolve operational issues as needed.
