Job summary

Minecon Recruitment is seeking experienced Production Excavator and Dozer Operators for a secure, full-time position at a mine site near Clermont. Work on top-tier machinery with safety-first crews in the Bowen Basin, enjoying an above-market salary packaging and full-time entitlements.

Roles offer a 7:7 Day/Night rotation (12-hour shifts), long-term tenure, and accommodation provisions with DIDO transport.

• Current Standard 11.
• Coal Board Medical requirement.
• C Class Driver's Licence.
• Ability to pass an Instant drug and alcohol assessment.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy production equipment (Excavator, Dozer) at a mine site.
• Maintain high safety and operational standards.
• Adhere to 7:7 day/night roster with 12-hour shifts.
• Contribute to a stable, long-term project at the Bowen Basin site.

About the Role

Are you an experienced Production Excavator and Dozer Operator looking for a secure, long-term role with remuneration package?
