Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a Dozer Operator for a permanent role in Clermont, Queensland. You will operate CAT D10 and D11 dozers, support production targets, and work a 7/7 rotating day/night roster with camp accommodation provided.

The position offers a starting salary from AUD 143,000 per year plus super, with a stable roster and long-term development opportunities in a leading mining company.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience operating CAT D10 and CAT D11 Dozers.
• Current Training Transcript, LMS Record, or SSE Signed Skills List.
• Current Driver's Licence, Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical.
• Updated Resume.

Responsibilities

• Operate CAT D10 and CAT D11 Dozers in a production mining environment.
• Conduct bulk push and production support activities.
• Complete pre-start inspections and report equipment defects.
• Maintain safe operating practices and comply with site procedures.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working as a Dozer Operator within the Production Department, supporting daily mining activities and production targets.

• Operating CAT D10 and CAT D11 Dozers in a production mining environment
• Conducting bulk push and production support activities
• Completing pre-start inspections and reporting equipment defects
• Maintaining safe operating practices and compliance with site procedures
• Working collaboratively with production crews to achieve operational targets
• Maintaining high housekeeping and equipment care standards
