Job summary

Minecon Recruitment has a heavy mining role in a mine near Clermont, Queensland, for experienced Multi Skilled Operators. You will operate CAT 789/777 rear dump trucks and support graders and water carts, joining a safety-focused crew on a 12-hour 7:7 day/night roster.

These are permanent, full-time positions with above-market salary packaging and full entitlements. Successful applicants will have C Class license, Standard 11, Coal Board Medical, and the ability to pass drug and alcohol tests.

About the Role

Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Operators looking for a secure, long-term role with competitive pay?

We are currently seeking skilled and safety-focused Operators for ongoing, full-time opportunities at a mine site near Clermont. Work with high-performing crews operating top-tier heavy production equipment in the Bowen Basin.

Equipment Fleet:

You will be operating modern, well-maintained heavy production machinery:

Rear Dump Trucks: CAT 789 & 777

Please note that we are looking for multi skilled operators who have experience on Graders and Water Carts – other machinery experience in a bonus.

Key Requirements:

Multi Skilled Operators: Proven experience operating CAT Graders, Water Carts & Rear Dump Trucks

Valid RIIs / Signed-off Skills List for relevant machinery

Current Standard 11

Current Coal Board Medical

Valid C Class Driver’s License

Ability to pass an Instant drug and alcohol assessment
