Job summary

Minecon Recruitment is seeking experienced Multi Skilled Operators for a secure, long-term role at a mine site near Clermont. You will operate CAT 789/777 rear dump trucks, graders and water carts, with a safety-first team and a 7:7 roster.

Full-time, with above market salary packaging, 6 weeks annual leave, and DIDO accommodation options. Immediate commencements across rotations, with ongoing career progression within a growing mining operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CAT Graders, Water Carts and Rear Dump Trucks.
• Valid RIIs / Signed-off Skills List for relevant machinery.
• Current Standard 11.
• Current Coal Board Medical.
• Valid C Class Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass an Instant drug and alcohol assessment.
• Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy production equipment on a mine site near Clermont.
• Maintain safety standards and work in a 7:7 Day/Night roster.
• Be part of a high-performing crew using top-tier equipment.

About the Role

Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Operators looking for a secure, long-term role with competitive pay?

We are currently seeking skilled and safety-focused Operators for ongoing, full-time opportunities at a mine site near Clermont. Work with high-performing crews operating top-tier heavy production equipment in the Bowen Basin.

Equipment Fleet:

You will be operating modern, well-maintained heavy production machinery:

Rear Dump Trucks: CAT 789 & 777

Please note that we are looking for multi skilled operators who have experience on Graders and Water Carts – other machinery experience in a bonus.
