Job summary

One Key Resources is hiring Production Mining Operators (Excavator & Dozer) to join TerraCom at Blair Athol Mine, located 20 minutes from Clermont in Central Queensland. You will work on a rotating roster, with options for local residents or DIDO candidates from Mackay and nearby coastal communities.

Duties include operating large production excavators and dozers, conducting pre-start inspections, keeping GPS records, and contributing to safety-focused, high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months Production Mining experience operating
• Current Driver's Licence
• Full Australian working rights

About the Role: One Key Resources is recruiting multiple permanent Production Mining Operators (Excavator & Dozer) to join the production team on a Permanent basis with TerraCom at Blair Athol Mine, located 20 minutes from Clermont in Central Queensland. You will work as part of a structured crew on a rotating roster, with options for local residents or DIDO candidates from Mackay and surrounding coastal and regional communities.

Duties:

• Operate large production excavators and/or dozers safely to meet shift targets
• Conduct pre-start inspections and report equipment defects promptly
• Maintain accurate GPS production system records throughout operations
• Work with supervisors and crew members to achieve daily production goals
• Uphold a safety-first, team-focused and high-performing work culture

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months Production Mining experience operating
• SSE signed training transcripts
• Current Driver's Licence

Excavator Operators:

• Proven experience operating one or more of the following equipment:
  • EX1200, L9400, EX3600-7 (or similar) with GPS production systems
• Proven experience operating one or more of the following equipment:
  • Cat D10T and/or D11T (or similar) with GPS production systems
