Job summary

Northern Star Resources is seeking an experienced Mining Supervisor to join our Bronzewing Operations on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Mine Superintendent, this FIFO opportunity from Perth operates on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster and leads mining crews to safely and efficiently deliver production outcomes in line with the mine plan.

You will oversee open pit mining activities, optimise resources, monitor safety compliance, and mentor crew members to achieve operational

Qualifications

• Experience leading open pit mining teams in hard-rock environments.
• Section 26 Statutory Certificate required with WA mining knowledge.
• WA C Class Driver's Licence with First Aid considered highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily surface mining operations to safely achieve production targets.
• Optimise people, equipment and resources to maximise productivity.
• Monitor crew performance and safety compliance with clear shift direction.
• Foster a strong safety culture and manage workplace hazards.
• Collaborate with operators and HSE teams to maintain safe mining activities.
• Maintain production, incident and personnel records for reporting.
• Coach and develop team members through training and feedback.
