Role Description

The Production Coordinator is a full‑time hybrid role based in Bondi Junction, NSW, with flexibility to work from home part of the week. This role coordinates the end‑to‑end production of promotional products, from order confirmation through to delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing production timelines, liaising with suppliers and internal teams, tracking orders, and resolving issues that arise during manufacturing, warehousing, or dispatch. The Production Coordinator will maintain accurate documentation, update internal systems, and support logistics planning to meet client expectations. The role also involves communicating status updates to account managers, contributing to continuous process improvements, and supporting new product launches or special campaigns as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to coordinate multiple orders, schedules, and suppliers.
• Effective Project Management and Organization skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Proficiency with production or order management software and basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
