Job summary

Lw Reid is seeking a highly organized Procurement Coordinator to support production from order placement to delivery in Brisbane. You will coordinate with factories, suppliers, Product Development, Sourcing, Merchandise Operations and Warehouse to ensure timely production and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates will have experience in production coordination or related fields, strong time management, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth and timely delivery of our production requirements. The Production Coordinator will work closely with suppliers, factories, Product Development, Sourcing, Merchandise Operations, Warehouse and internal stakeholders to coordinate production from order placement through to final delivery. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate production orders from placement through to delivery.

Liaise with factories and suppliers to confirm production schedules, quantities, specifications and delivery dates.

Monitor production progress and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.

Maintain accurate production schedules and critical paths.

Coordinate raw material requirements and ensure materials are available when required for production.

Monitor ETAs and identify potential delays or supply issues.

Escalate production risks and delays and work with suppliers and internal teams to develop solutions.

Ensure purchase orders and production information are accurate and up to date.

Work closely with the Warehouse team to coordinate inbound deliveries.

Monitor production against agreed timelines, quantities and quality requirements.

Previous experience in production coordination, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing or a similar role.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Experience using ERP systems and good Excel skills.
