Job description

We're looking for a Production Coordinator to manage the end-to-end delivery of our branded training courses, from the first client briefing through scripting, pre-production, the shoot and final delivery. You'll be the link between our clients, our internal production team, and the talent and crew who bring each course to life.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that would suit a naturally organised person who brings calm to the chaos. You'll enjoy running several projects at once, feel confident owning communication with brand stakeholders, and get real satisfaction from the detail of pulling a shoot together.

Key responsibilities
  • Acting as the main point of contact for brand clients throughout production
  • Running check-ins, feedback rounds and approvals across multiple concurrent projects
  • Setting clear expectations on timelines, following up proactively and flagging risks early when feedback or assets are delayed
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including agencies, brand teams and sales partners
  • Developing course outlines and scripts using the F.I.L.M methodology
  • Working client feedback and local market knowledge into scripts
  • Managing review and approval through the frntlne Studio platform
  • Coordinating talent selection, wardrobe and styling requirements with clients
  • Arranging delivery of product and assets for shoots, such as samples, branded merchandise and POS materials
  • Liaising with studios to confirm shoot dates, logistics and requirements
About you
  • Experience in production coordination, account management or a similar client-facing role, ideally in video production, advertising or learning and development
  • Excellent written communication. You can write clearly, professionally and warmly for a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
  • Confidence working directly with clients, including managing feedback, expectations and approvals, and being friendly but firm when timelines are at risk
  • Close attention to detail, with the discipline to sit through and fully check finished courses before they're delivered
  • A calm, steady presence who brings order to busy periods and stays solutions focused when plans change at short notice
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or Confluence is a plus
