Job summary

RACV is seeking a Product Owner - Mobile App to lead the next evolution of our mobile experience. You will own the vision and roadmap, guiding a cross-functional squad to turn insights into engaging digital experiences that deliver member and business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner leading cross-functional mobile teams.
• Experience owning product roadmaps and prioritising complex backlogs.
• Experience delivering and improving customer-facing mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Strong understanding of mobile usability, performance and releases.
• Ability to use analytics and customer insight to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Strong commercial judgement linking product decisions to outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication at senior levels.
• Ability to balance priorities and focus team efforts.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma and digital analytics platforms.
• Relevant qualification in Business, Digital, Technology or related discipline is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the mobile app product vision and roadmap, aligned with digital strategy and member needs.
• Lead a cross-functional squad from concept to delivery and optimisation.
• Translate customer problems into clear priorities and backlogs.
• Use research and analytics to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Drive improvements across onboarding, navigation, accessibility, personalisation and digital sales.
• Collaborate with Technology to improve app performance across iOS and Android.
• Apply experimentation to understand what works and optimise experiences.
