Virgin Australia Airlines is seeking a commercially minded Digital Product Owner for the Velocity App to shape the app’s roadmap and deliver experiences that drive measurable value for members and the business. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital and Product Experience, you will own the Velocity App roadmap, balancing member experience with commercial priorities and technical improvements.

You will work with designers, engineers and stakeholders to translate strategy into executable work

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in digital product ownership or product management.
• Experience owning a digital product roadmap.
• Experience working in agile delivery teams with designers, engineers and delivery specialists.
• Ability to turn strategy and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Confidence using analytics and customer insights to make decisions.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain the Velocity App roadmap, balancing member experience, commercial growth and product health.
• Prioritise requests using member value, business value, risk and effort.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, acceptance criteria and success measures.
• Partner with UX/UI designers, BAs, Delivery Managers and Engineering leads to keep backlog refined and ready for delivery.
• Manage dependencies, sequencing, release planning and timely product decisions.
• Confirm delivered features meet requirements and review performance post-launch.
• Use analytics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build relationships across Velocity and Virgin Australia to create connected digital experiences.
