Job summary

RACV is seeking a Product Owner for our Mobile App to drive the next evolution of the member experience. You will own the vision and roadmap, guiding a cross-functional squad from concept to delivery and optimisation, leveraging insights, experimentation and performance data to deliver measurable value.

You will collaborate with Technology to improve app performance and reliability across iOS and Android, balance innovation with technical considerations, and communicate decisions to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner leading mobile squads.
• Proven ability to own product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Experience delivering customer-facing mobile apps on iOS/Android preferred.
• Strong understanding of mobile usability, performance, releases and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own mobile app vision and roadmap aligned with digital strategy and member needs.
• Lead cross-functional squad across Product, UX, Analytics, Development and Testing.
