Qualifications
- Experience leading strategy, development and lifecycle management of digital products.
- Strong knowledge of customer-centric design and value-based delivery.
- Ability to translate customer and business needs into outcomes using insights.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision and roadmaps aligned to RACQ objectives.
- Lead product discovery with research, market analysis and business case development.
- Use insights and metrics to prioritise improvements and opportunities.
- Own end-to-end lifecycle from concept to delivery, adoption and improvement.
- Build relationships across business and tech teams to align priorities.
- Establish governance and ensure investments support goals.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with collaboration and accountability.
- Monitor performance and communicate progress with evidence-based decisions.
