Job summary

RACQ is looking for a Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy and lifecycle management of key technology products that serve our members and business. Qualifications

• Experience leading strategy, development and lifecycle of digital/technology or business products within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary product management practices, including customer-centric design and value-based delivery.
• Proven ability to develop product visions and roadmaps translating customer and business needs into outcomes.
• Experience using customer insights, research and analytics to drive product decisions and prioritisation.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication across diverse groups.
• Experience in agile product delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned to RACQ's objectives.
• Lead product discovery activities, including customer research, market analysis and business case development.
• Use member insights and metrics to identify opportunities and prioritise improvements.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to delivery, adoption and improvement.
• Build relationships across business and technology teams to align priorities.
• Establish product governance and ensure investment decisions support goals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with collaboration and accountability.
• Monitor product performance and champion evidence-based decision making.
