- Own and deliver the mobile app product vision and roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional squad across Product, UX, Analytics, and Development.
- Translate problems into clear priorities and user stories.
- Use analytics and user feedback to guide decisions and optimisations.
- Drive onboarding, navigation, accessibility, personalisation and digital sales.
- Collaborate with Technology to improve app performance across iOS and Android.
- Apply experimentation and testing to validate what works.
- Balance new features with technical refinements to maximise value.
- Communicate priorities and risks to senior stakeholders.
- Champion product-led ways of working and continuous learning.
- Ensure privacy, security, and compliance considerations are embedded.
