Job summary

Harvey Norman’s Domayne division in Sydney is seeking a Product and Marketing Coordinator to support the Product & Marketing team from the Homebush West corporate office. You will manage marketing materials, supplier coordination, and product data administration, while helping plan assortments and forecasts.

You will liaise with franchisees and suppliers, maintain the intranet, and assist with category conferences; strong communication and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Product & Marketing team for marketing materials across catalogues, online and editorial proofing.
• Coordinate promotional offers, samples, and compliance reports with suppliers.
• Maintain the product database and QA processes.
• Assist in preparation of product assortment plans, seasonal ranges and forecasting trends.
• Organise Steering Committee meetings and category conferences and communicate updates to stores.
• Manage intranet maintenance and liaise with the Online franchisee regarding website ranges.
• Coordinate photography, stakeholders and schedules for product content.
• Monitor competitor activity and advise on advertising and website content.
