Job summary

Domayne is seeking a proactive Product and Marketing Coordinator to support the Product & Marketing team at the Homebush West Corporate Office. You will manage admin tasks, coordinate promotional offers, maintain product data, assist with assortment planning, and help organise franchisee meetings and conferences.

In this role you will liaise with suppliers and franchisees, ensure QA processes, monitor product data accuracy, and help publish updates across catalogues, online content and internal

Qualifications

• A few years of administrative or coordinator experience.
• Strong organisational skills and multitasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers to coordinate promotional offers, samples, and compliance reports.
• Maintain the product database and administer QA processes.
• Assist in preparation of product assortment plans / seasonal ranges and forecasting upcoming trends.
• Assist with organising Steering Committee meetings and category conferences.
• Communicate recommendations to stores weekly/monthly with news on product popularity, promotions, specials, and data updates.
• Manage intranet maintenance and liaise with Online franchisee regarding website product ranges.
• Administer and coordinate photography, stakeholders, and schedules.
• Monitor competitor activity and advise on advertising and website content.
